Thank you Coach Rubenstein, Coach Ferreira and the Varsity Field Hockey Team for an amazing season. The Lady Frogs advanced to the New York State Semi Finals on Saturday and lost 2-3 in overtime. True champions aren’t the ones that always win, but those with the most heart!!! Thank you for representing Carle Place, true sportsmanship is excellence in motion!
On Saturday, Coach Erik Tonner walked off the field for the last time as our Varsity Girls Soccer Coach. Seventeen years of dedication, love, passion and commitment to the Carle Place Soccer Program. Selecting the right person for the right job is the largest part of coaching and you have been outstanding!!!

Congratulations to former Athletic Director Jimmy Colligan and former coach Gloria O’Connor who were inducted into the Dr. James Tolle High School Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Sept. 25 at the Crest Hollow Country Club. The Nassau County High School Athletics Hall of Fame honors the contributions and accomplishments of individuals who are worthy of county-wide recognition. Thank you Margaret and JP Colligan for attending and all your support throughout the years! And to our Carle Place family who attended, Marino Ceccoli, Mike Nicol, Richie Owens, Neil Connolly, Joan Caliendo, Erika Fallik, Karen Dornick and Allen Foraker.

Chris Deveau School: Carle Place Position: F Class: Senior Conference: Conference AB-IV Deveau scored seven goals and added four assists for the Class B Long Island Champions Gio Fabiano School: Carle Place Position: M Class: Junior Conference: Conference AB-IV The midfield playmaker had a pivotal in role in helping the Frogs capture the Long Island Championship. Kevin Graca School: Carle Place Position: F Class: Senior Conference: Conference AB-IV His play down the stretch helped Carle Place win the Long Island title, including a penalty kick conversion in the championship match.
