Eighth grader Madison Hoppe is the winner of the Mario Mignone Award established by the American Association of Teachers of Italian. This award recognizes those that have demonstrated the qualities of a dynamic and passionate student of Italian who motivates, helps build class discussion, and brings much enthusiasm to the classroom.
