homecoming

On Sept. 13, Carle Place High School celebrated its homecoming and the return of its independent football program, concluding a spirited week filled with school pride. Homecoming festivities began with an exciting afternoon pep rally, leading into the evening football game against Cold Spring Harbor. Although the game resulted in a loss, the school spirit shone brightly.

At halftime, students entertained the crowd with holiday-themed skits and were awarded prizes for overall highest score based on their skits, themed banners, hallway and gym wall decorations. The sophomores (Fourth of July) took first place, followed by the seniors (Christmas), juniors (Halloween) and freshmen (New Years). The varsity cheerleaders also dazzled the crowd, and homecoming king Hudson Hsieh and queen Luna Coronel were crowned.

Throughout the game, the high school pep band kept fans energized, adding to the electric atmosphere. The community came together to enjoy food, class booths, and the band's lively tunes, making it a memorable event for everyone. The weekend concluded with the homecoming dance, leaving students with lasting memories of a fun-filled weekend.
