After months of early mornings, late night preparations and unwavering dedication, Carle Place High School DECA students put in the work and shined at the DECA SCC competition!
Samira Azam excelled in the Apparel and Accessories Marketing category, earning four medals: Top 10 Overall, Top 10 Role Play 1, Top 10 Role Play 2, and Top 10 Test Score. Sebastian Reinoso also earned a medal, placing in the Top 10 Role Play 2 in the Restaurant and Food Services Management category.
In addition, other CPHS students showcased their skills, with Isabella Cezario competing in the Entrepreneurship category and Robbie Abbatiello and Giovanna Carrillo presenting their Franchise Business Plan for a proposed Crumbl Cookies location in Carle Place. Each student demonstrated hard work, dedication and resilience, taking on their challenges They gained valuable experience, enhanced skills, increased confidence and new willingness to pushing themselves further.
